Step 01

Open the Wallet App.

Go to the Wallet app on your iPhone.

Step 02

Tap the the plus symbol.

You may be asked to sign into your Apple Account.

Step 03

Choose a card to add.

Tap Debit or Credit Card and tap Continue.

Step 04

Tap your card.

Hold your iPhone near the chip on your card, tap,4 or enter card details manually.

Step 05

Finish your setup.

Follow the prompts in the Wallet app to verify your card. Once it’s verified, you’re good to go.

Step 01

Look for the contactless payment symbol.

Use Apple Pay wherever contactless payments are accepted.

Step 02

Double-click the side button.

No need to unlock your iPhone or stop what you’re doing. Just double-click the side button.

Step 03

Confirm it's you.

Every payment gets authenticated with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.

Step 04

Complete your payment.

Hold the top of your iPhone near the card reader until you see Done or a checkmark on the screen.

Step 01

Look for the contactless payment symbol.

Use Apple Pay wherever contactless payments are accepted.

Step 02

Double-click the side button.

Just double-click the side button on your Apple Watch.

Step 03

Complete your payment.

Hold your Apple Watch a few centimeters from the contactless reader, display facing it, until you feel a gentle tap and hear a beep.

Step 01

Select Apple Pay at checkout.

Tap the Apple Pay button or choose Apple Pay as your payment method.

Step 02

Confirm your personal information.

Double-check your billing, shipping, and contact information or, if necessary, enter it manually.

Step 03

Confirm it’s you.

Every payment gets authenticated with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.

Step 04

Your purchase is complete.

You’ll get a confirmation at the email you used at checkout. You can also track your order in Wallet to see delivery updates, payment details, and merchant information.
